Abstract: This article examines issues associated with the reorganized Family and Child Protection Services Units in Hong Kong, arguing that wife abuse problems are degenderized and marginalized in this initiative. It points out that the multi-agency approach is the basis for providing a one-stop service for victims of domestic violence.
