Soil trust
Soil Trust pioneers a collaborative framework to tackle Hong Kong’s organic waste with its regenerative fermentation method. Linking hospitality, farms, and communities, it reduces emissions and promotes regenerative practices, engaging over 20 workshops to achieve a sustainable impact.
A book (Soil Trust Farm Studio : opening eco-social agricultural design praxis = 泥玩農場工作室 : 打開生態、社群、農業的設計實踐) has been published in connection with this project.
