The method comprises the following steps: S100, preparing a conical micro lens array female template; s200, carrying out first mold turning to form a conical micro-lens array positive template; s300, smoothing and metallization treatment is carried out, and a cone bottom and ball top combined male template is formed; s400, secondary mold turning is conducted, and a cone bottom and ball top combined female mold plate is formed; s500, filling a lens forming material to obtain a cone bottom and ball top combined micro lens; s600, preparing an optical fiber buncher; s700, connecting an optical fiber with the cone bottom and ball top combined micro lens; and S800, demolding is conducted. The method can be used for quickly processing the micro-lenses on the end face of the optical fiber in batches. 本发明公开了一种光纤与微透镜的连接方法,包括以下步骤:S100:制备圆锥形微透镜阵列阴模板;S200:第一次翻模,形成圆锥形微透镜阵列阳模板;S300:进行光滑及金属化处理,形成锥底球顶组合形阳模板;S400:第二次翻模,形成锥底球顶组合形阴模板;S500:加注透镜成型材料,获得锥底球顶组合形微透镜;S600:制备光纤集束器;S700:将光纤与所述锥底球顶组合形微透镜进行连接;S800:脱模。本发明可以快速批量地在光纤端面加工微透镜。 |
