Abstract: Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) has achieved record profits by localizing offerings, forming strategic partnerships, and hosting unique seasonal events. Despite these successes, HKDL faces challenges from its limited size and increasing competition from larger regional theme parks, which may restrict expansion opportunities and impact its long-term market share.
