Abstract: The invention discloses an intermediate infrared frequency sweep laser and an intermediate infrared band frequency sweep laser implementation method. The intermediate infrared frequency sweep laser comprises a continuous light laser, a wide spectrum laser, a dichroscope assembly, a wavelength selection device, a periodically poled crystal and a concave mirror. The continuous light laser is used as pump light; the wide-spectrum laser is used as signal light; the dichroscope assembly is used for combining the pump light and the signal light into one beam, injecting the beam into the periodically poled crystal and maintaining intra-cavity oscillation of the intra-cavity excited idler frequency light; the periodically poled crystal is used for converting the pump light and the signal light into idler frequency light of a middle infrared band; the concave mirror is used for reflecting the idler frequency light to the dichroscope assembly and then reflecting the idler frequency light to the wavelength selection device; and the wavelength selection device is used for selecting the idle frequency light with a certain wavelength in the idle frequency light, reflecting the idle frequency light to the periodically poled crystal through the dichroscope for amplification, and outputting the amplified idle frequency light. According to the invention, the scanning frequency of the mid-infrared band swept-frequency laser can be improved.
本发明公开了一种中红外扫频激光器及中红外波段的扫频激光实现方法,中红外扫频激光器包括:连续光激光器、宽谱激光器、二向色镜组件、波长选择装置、周期性极化晶体与凹面镜。连续光激光器作为泵浦光;宽谱激光器作为信号光;二向色镜组件用于将泵浦光与信号光合成一束并注入至周期性极化晶体,并维持腔内激发的闲频光的腔内振荡;周期性极化晶体用于将泵浦光与信号光转变为中红外波段的闲频光;凹面镜用于将闲频光反射至二向色镜组件再反射至波长选择装置;波长选择装置用于选择出闲频光中的某一波长的闲频光并经二向色镜反射至周期性极化晶体进行放大,并将放大后的闲频光输出。本发明能够提高中红外波段扫频激光器的扫描频率。
