Abstract: The invention provides equipment for generating dripping flame and an experimental method for studying dripping flame ignition. The equipment comprises a rack, a melting tank which is used for placing a to-be-tested material, a heating device which is used for melting the to-be-tested material into a molten state, a dripping pipe which is used for enabling the to-be-tested material in the molten state to drip to form molten liquid drops, a power device which is used for controlling the dripping of the molten liquid drops, an ignition device which is used for igniting the molten liquid drops to form dripping fire; a sample placing device which is used for adjusting the relative position of a sample to be ignited and the dripping fire; and a data acquisition device which is used for acquiring ignition data. Through mutual cooperation of the heating device, the power device and the sample placing device, important physical parameters such as the size, the dripping frequency, the dripping temperature and the dripping distance of the molten liquid drops formed by the to-be-tested material can be controlled, and the ignition data of the dripping fire is acquired through the ignition device and the data acquisition device; and a reliable experimental scheme is provided for exploring the ignition mechanism of the dripping fire.
本申请提供了一种产生滴落火焰的设备及研究滴落火点火的实验方法,该设备包括:机架;用于放置待实验材料的熔融罐;用于使待实验材料熔化成熔融状态的加热装置;用于使熔融状态的待实验材料滴落形成熔融液滴的滴落管;用于控制熔融液滴滴落的动力装置;用于对熔融液滴点火形成滴落火的点火装置;用于调节待点燃样品和滴落火的相对位置的样品放置装置;用于采集点火数据的数据采集装置。通过加热装置、动力装置和样品放置装置的相互配合,可以控制待实验材料形成熔融液滴的大小、滴落频率、滴落温度以及滴落距离等重要物理参数,并通过点火装置和数据采集装置对滴落火的点火数据进行采集,为探究滴落火的点火机理提供了可靠的实验方案。
