Abstract: The invention relates to the field of thermoelectric materials, in particular to a platinum-containing metal organic conjugated polymer, a preparation method thereof and a thermoelectric device. The structural formula of the platinum-containing metal organic conjugated polymer is one of the following formulas. The platinum-containing metal organic conjugated polymer disclosed by the invention has the characteristics of high thermoelectric performance of an inorganic material and good flexibility and ductility of an organic material as a thermoelectric material; the problems that inorganic materials are expensive, fragile and poor in ductility and organic materials are low in thermoelectric performance at present are solved.
本发明涉及热电材料领域,尤其涉及一种含铂金属有机共轭聚合物及其制备方法与热电器件。所述含铂金属有机共轭聚合物的结构式为如下所示中的一种:本发明该含铂金属有机共轭聚合物作为热电材料兼具无机材料高热电性能和有机材料柔性和延展性好特点,克服目前无机材料昂贵、易脆和延展性差和有机材料热电性能低等问题。
