Abstract: The invention discloses a super-enthalpy smoldering system and method based on tail gas flame backheating, the system comprises: a smoldering reaction chamber, the top of which is provided with a first gas inlet and the bottom of which is provided with a first gas outlet; a second air inlet is formed in the bottom of the flame regenerative combustion chamber, a second air outlet is formed in the top of the flame regenerative combustion chamber, and the flame regenerative combustion chamber is connected with the smoldering reaction chamber and surrounds the smoldering reaction chamber; the first end of the condensing device is connected with the first air outlet, and the second end of the condensing device is connected with the second air inlet. Solid waste is subjected to a smoldering reaction in the smoldering reaction chamber to form smoldering tail gas, and after the smoldering tail gas is condensed through the condensing device, the condensed smoldering tail gas is subjected to secondary open fire combustion in the flame regenerative combustion chamber. And heat generated by secondary open fire combustion is transferred to the smoldering reaction chamber to heat the solid waste, so that the smoldering combustion limit is expanded, super-enthalpy smoldering is realized, and the combustion efficiency is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于尾气火焰回热的超焓阴燃系统与方法,系统包括:阴燃反应室,其顶部设置有第一进气口,其底部设置有第一出气口;火焰回热燃烧室,其底部设置有第二进气口,其顶部设置有第二出气口,火焰回热燃烧室与阴燃反应室连接且围绕设置在阴燃反应室外;冷凝装置,冷凝装置的第一端与第一出气口连接,冷凝装置的第二端与第二进气口连接。固体废弃物在阴燃反应室内阴燃反应形成阴燃尾气,经过冷凝装置冷凝后,冷凝的阴燃尾气在火焰回热燃烧室内二次明火燃烧,由于火焰回热燃烧室与阴燃反应室连接,围绕阴燃反应室设置,二次明火燃烧产生的热量传递到阴燃反应室对固体废弃物进行加热,拓展阴燃的燃烧极限,实现超焓阴燃,提高了燃烧效率。
