Abstract: According to the electro-emissivity regulation and control device and the preparation method thereof, the regulation and control device is of a multi-layer structure and comprises a graphene coating, conductive cloth, an insulating layer and an electrode layer from top to bottom, graphene powder is attached to the conductive cloth in a physical friction mode to form the graphene coating, the conductive cloth and the insulating layer both adsorb ionic liquid, and when voltage is applied to the device, the graphene coating and the electrode layer can be separated from each other. Ions in the ionic liquid are embedded into the graphene under the action of an electric field, so that the energy level of the graphene is changed, the optical characteristics of the graphene are further changed, and the adjustment of the electro-emissivity is realized; the graphene coating is prepared in a physical friction mode, the preparation mode is simple and low in cost, and large-area large-scale production is easy to achieve.
本申请一种电致发射率调控器件及其制备方法,调控器件为多层结构,自上而下包括石墨烯涂层,导电布,绝缘层和电极层,石墨烯涂层由石墨烯粉末在导电布上物理摩擦附着形成,导电布和绝缘层均吸附有离子液体,该器件被施加电压时,离子液体中的离子在电场的作用下嵌入到石墨烯中,改变石墨烯的能级,进而改变石墨烯的光学特性,实现对电致发射率的调节;采用物理摩擦方式制备石墨烯涂层,制备方式简单且低成本,易实现大面积的规模化生产。
