The control base is used for driving all the movable parts to move together or respectively, so that the size form of the human body model can be adjusted and changed in a multi-dimensional mode. Therefore, the mannequin device can realize intelligent dynamic and form-adjustable multi-human-body-size clothing pressure test without frequently replacing human body models in clothing pressure test application, and economic and effective clothing functionality evaluation is realized. 本申请公开了一种多维度智能服装压力测试人台装置、系统和方法,涉及服装评测及设计技术领域,其中智能服装压力测试人台装置包括装置主体以及人体模型;人体模型沿一轴线周向分割成多个模型单元;装置主体包括多个活动件以及控制底座;各个活动件绕一圆心圆周分布于控制底座上,且各个活动件在自身中心点与一圆心连线所在的直线上可活动设置;各个模型单元一一对应安装于活动件上;控制底座用于驱动各个活动件一同运动或分别运动,以使得人体模型的尺寸形态可多维度调整变化。从而该人台装置在服装压力测试应用中无需频繁更换人体模型即可实现智能化的动态和形态可调的多人体尺寸服装压力测试,实现经济有效的服装功能性评测。 |
