Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines and particularly relates to a nanoprobe, a preparation method and application thereof, and a detection system for miRNAs of circulating tumor cells. The invention provides a nano probe. The nano probe comprises a light absorption nano material, polyethylene glycol, a circulating tumor cell target and a fluorescent group modified miRNAs single-chain probe, wherein the circulating tumor cell target is connected with the light absorption nanometer material through the polyethylene glycol, and the fluorescent group modified miRNAs single-chain probe is absorbed on a surface of the light absorption nanometer material. According to the nano probe, the miRNAs of the CTCs can be sensitively detected in a single living CTC without enriching the CTCs, so technical defects that the CTCs are difficult to enrich and are easy to cause invasive damage to the CTCs in the existing miRNA method for detecting the CTCs are effectively overcome.
