Abstract: The invention discloses a method for regulating and controlling stress of a perovskite thin film by using a chemical cross-linking agent and a perovskite solar cell. The method comprises the following steps of providing a perovskite solution, coating a substrate with the perovskite solution, and then adding an anti-solvent containing a chemical cross-linking agent, and carrying out annealing treatment to obtain the perovskite thin film. According to the method, the high-quality perovskite film can display multiple functions at the same time, including strain adjustment, moisture repellency, trap density reduction, trap-assisted non-radiative recombination inhibition and grain size increase, so that VOC and PCE are remarkably improved, and PSCs subjected to CSRC treatment also show excellent stability. The CSRC method provides a synergistic effect for the stability and efficiency of the PSCs, has a wide perovskite battery industrial application prospect, and provides a solid foundation for future PSCs research and application.
