Abstract: The utility model provides a blind bolt installation auxiliary tool which comprises a clamping assembly, a connecting assembly, an elastic piece and a force transmission piece, the clamping assembly comprises two clamping arms, the two clamping arms are oppositely arranged in a spaced mode, and one end of each clamping arm is a clamping end; the two ends of the connecting assembly are rotationally connected with the two clamping arms correspondingly. The two ends of the elastic piece are connected with the two clamping arms correspondingly, and the elastic piece is used for driving the clamping ends of the two clamping arms to get close to each other. The force transmission piece is located between the two clamping arms and is in threaded connection with the connecting assembly. When the blind bolt installation assisting tool assists in installation of the blind bolt, the clamping ends of the two clamping arms are clamped on the stand column under the action of the elastic piece, when the force transmission piece is pulled to rotate, the torque of the force transmission piece can be converted into axial force, the blind bolt can be easily pushed to penetrate through the end plate and the installation hole in the stand column, and meanwhile the blind bolt installation assisting tool can be clamped on the stand column. And the counter-acting force generated when the blind bolt is inserted into the mounting hole can be counteracted, so that the physical output of operators is effectively reduced, and the workload of the operators is reduced.
本申请提供了一种盲栓安装辅助工具,包括:夹持组件、连接组件、弹性件及力传递件,夹持组件包括两个夹臂,两个夹臂相对间隔设置,夹臂的一端为夹持端;连接组件的两端分别与两个夹臂转动连接。弹性件的两端分别与两个夹臂连接,用于驱动两个夹臂的夹持端相互靠近;力传递件位于两个夹臂之间,并与连接组件螺纹连接。辅助盲栓安装时,两个夹臂的夹持端在弹性件的作用下夹紧在立柱上,扳动力传递件旋转时,能够将力传递件的力矩转化为轴向力,易于推动盲栓穿过端板和立柱上的安装孔,同时盲栓安装辅助工具能够夹设在立柱上,可以抵消盲栓插入安装孔时产生的反作用力,从而有效降低操作人员的体力消耗,有利于减少操作人员的工作负担。
