Abstract: The invention provides a three-dimensional dynamic fabric tension and pressure testing device and method. The device comprises a plurality of blades which are annularly arranged in a surrounding manner and form a cylindrical surface, and the top end of each blade is provided with a top end tension sensor and a blade top end clamp. A side tension sensor and two blade side clamps are mounted on theouter side of one blade, pressure sensors are mounted on the outer sides of the blades, one end of the fabric is firstly clamped by one blade side clamp, the fabric is clamped by the other blade sideclamp after surrounding the cylindrical surface for one circle, the fabric top end is clamped by the blade top end clamp, the blades are driven to move synchronously, the diameter of a cylindrical surface defined by the blades is increased or decreased, the fabric gradually deforms along with the diameter change of the cylindrical surface, the deformation quantity of the diameter of the cylindrical surface is controlled, the fabric deformation quantity is obtained, measured values measured by the side tension sensor, the pressure sensors and the top tension sensor in real time are sent to a data processor, the measured values and the fabric deformation quantity are compared and analyzed, and qualitative and quantitative analysis of static and dynamic mechanical properties of the fabric isachieved.
本发明提供了一种三维动态织物拉力与压力测试装置以及测试方法,包括若干个叶片,若干个叶片环形围绕设置且围合成一圆柱面,每个叶片顶端安装顶端拉力传感器及叶片顶端夹具。其中一叶片外侧安装有侧拉力传感器和两叶片侧夹具,叶片外侧安装有压力传感器,织物的一端先由一叶片侧夹具夹紧,织物绕圆柱面一周后被另一叶片侧夹具夹紧,织物顶端被叶片顶端夹具夹紧,叶片被驱动同步移动,叶片围合成的圆柱面直径变大或变小,织物随圆柱面直径逐渐形变,控制圆柱面直径的形变量,得出织物形变量,侧拉力传感器、压力传感器和顶端拉力传感器实时测得的测量值发送给数据处理器,测量值与织物形变量对比分析,实现对织物的静动态力学性能定性定量分析。
